Temporary Litigation Paralegal
LHH is actively connecting with experienced Litigation Paralegals for a temporary opportunity with a busy and growing law firm in the Dallas area. This is an ongoing project assignment supporting a high-volume plaintiff personal injury practice, with the potential for long-term or permanent consideration based on performance and business needs.
This role is ideal for a paralegal who can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do

Support attorneys throughout the entire litigation lifecycle
Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement
Review, organize, and summarize medical records
Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and court communications
Assist with filings, discovery, and trial preparation
Coordinate with clients, providers, experts, and opposing counsel
Help move cases forward efficiently while maintaining organization and accuracy
Qualifications

Prior plaintiff personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred
Experience handling motor vehicle accident and trucking litigation highly desired
Insurance defense litigation experience will also be considered
Ability to independently manage case responsibilities with minimal training
Strong organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills
Bilingual Spanish/English is a significant plus, but not required
Additional Details

Full-time schedule, approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some flexibility available)
Fully onsite in the Dallas area
