The Pest Control Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in southern CA. This role involves inspecting properties for signs of pests, identifying infestations, and implementing appropriate treatment plans in line with company standards and regulatory guidelines. Daily responsibilities include maintaining equipment, documenting service activities, and communicating findings and recommendations to customers in a clear, professional manner. The technician collaborates with team members and supervisors to ensure high-quality service, adherence to safety protocols, and consistent customer satisfaction.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for explaining treatment plans, safety instructions, and service outcomes to customers and colleagues.

Candidates should possess basic Lawn Care and exterior property care skills to support outdoor pest prevention and treatment.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to travel locally to customer sites.

Ability to safely handle and apply pesticides, follow safety procedures, and comply with state and local regulations; Physical ability to perform fieldwork, including lifting equipment, working in varied weather conditions, and accessing attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor areas.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability in following schedules and documenting services.

Prior experience in pest control or a related field is beneficial, but motivated candidates willing to learn and complete required training are encouraged to apply.
