Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Our integrated solutions allow us to be prepared for supply chain risks, so we can plan distribution to better achieve lead time and goals despite unexpected conditions. Directly in charge of scheduling drivers to make deliveries and pick up packages from customers and vendors. Also work as a liaison between customers, drivers, and management.

Shift Schedule: 6:00 A M 4:00 PM (9 to 10 hours a day)

Scheduling drivers to make freight delivery or collect shipments and packages

Communicating with customers and vendors about freight details, pickup and drop-off times, and special requests

Planning predetermined routes for drivers

Preparing general dispatch documents for management, as well as pulling any documents that employees, customers, or vendors will need

Monitoring truck repairs and maintenance schedules

Logging vendor complaints or concerns

Answering phone calls from vendors, customers, and management and helping them as needed.

Excellent understanding of local and state traffic laws and regulations

Deep understanding of computer software and technologies

Able to read, write and speak English
