Description:
This is a bedside patient care position.
You will provide care for a diverse patient population in a medical/surgical/telemetry unit.
The unit features a 32-bed capacity with an average daily census ranging from 17 to 22 patients.
The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5, and this may change to 1:6 during surgical staffing.
Nursing assistant support will be available to assist with patient care.
A charge nurse will provide support with a lightly assigned patient ratio of 1:2.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients and collaborating with the healthcare team. About Cynet Health
