• As an On-Call Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate after-hours hospice care, responding to patient needs, managing symptoms, supporting families, and ensuring comfort during evenings, nights, and weekends. You'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospice care.

Full-Time On-Call

• 48-hour on-call weekend shift
• Four weekday on-call shifts (Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

Perform nursing assessments and develop appropriate interventions
Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team
Maintain compliance with Medicare, state regulations, and hospice standards
Participate in rotating on-call coverage while providing exceptional customer service
Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License required
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (Hospice, Home Health, Oncology, ICU, ER, or Med-Surg experience preferred)
Hospice experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
