As a Security Officer - Shopping Center in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. Position Type: Full Time
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
Document patrol findings, incidents, and daily activities through clear and accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
