Qualifications Job Summary:The Physical Therapistshall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, dischargeplan,and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
Bachelor's,Master’sor Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapydisciplines.
Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
