Provides full-service recruitment for organization positions.

Reviews, recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions. This includes but not limited to posting positions, reviewing and pre-screening candidates, set department interviews, perform any pre-selection testing, complete the onboarding process, and audit file for new hires.

Provides training to end users about the process, forms, and requirements for the recruitment process.

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.

Sources, enrolls, and attends job fairs and recruiting sessions for positions across all assigned areas. Provides general administrative and HR support as requested. Assists HR with audits as needed.

Enters employee data into HR systems, including new hires and changes with accuracy.

High School Diploma / GED Required with 4 years of recruitment experience required. Bachelors degree preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Regulatory

Ability to obtain and maintain an AZ DPS Level 1 fingerprint clearance card (employer provides).

Must be self-directed and be sensitive to cultural and linguistic diversity. Excellent customer service in stressful situations. Full understanding of recruitment practices and procedures. Possess a high level of computer proficiency and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements (with or without accommodation): Normal office environment with multiple interruptions in person and through computer and phone. Travel to outlying sites, other locations and job fairs. May lift normal office equipment and materials up to 25lbs. Visual acuity to read information from computer screens and forms. Hearing ability for communication in persona, phone, and/or other electronic methods. Manual dexterity for typing and writing.
