We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who is passionate about litigation and thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of commercial litigation cases and will have the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and challenging cases in the industry. • Manage all phases of commercial litigation, from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes.

• Conduct extensive legal research and analysis on various complex legal issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the best outcome for our clients.
• Stay updated on current legislation and legal developments that may impact our clients and their cases.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on commercial litigation matters.

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven experience as an Associate Attorney, Trial Attorney, Staff Attorney, Judicial Law Clerk, or Law Clerk.
• Proficiency in business litigation, complex litigation, civil litigation, and commercial litigation.
• Exceptional skills in litigation, legal research, and legal writing.
