Work hands on with cutting edge bioreactor technology that supports life changing cell therapies
Domestic and international travel (about 25%) to work directly with customers around the globe
Your field insights directly shape product and process improvements
Join a mission driven team with real growth, including training and mentoring new Service Engineers
Perform on site installations, IQ/OQ, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on our bioreactor systems
Serve as the go to technical liaison for customers, resolving hardware and software issues by phone, email, and on site visits
Lead configuration of all new bioreactor units
Support complaint investigations and root cause analysis alongside Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing
Develop and maintain field service documentation, including procedures, service reports, and work instructions
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5+ years at an electromechanical equipment manufacturer (or 7+ years of directly related hands on experience in lieu of a degree)
Hands on experience with bioprocess equipment and a solid understanding of bioreactor functions and components
Customer facing field service or technical support experience with electromechanical equipment preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and on a cross functional team
Willing to travel domestically and internationally about 25% of the time
