Provide underwriting support, counsel, and authorization to company personnel, agents, and customers related to the issuance of real estate title insurance commitments and policies.

Review and approve draft underwriting standards and guidelines from subordinates in accordance with established company processes.

Monitor state law and recommend practice changes to management.

Law degree required.

Admitted to practice in the state of employment and licensed to practice law in good standing.

Familiarity with real estate law and excellent understanding of real estate title and closing practices.

Demonstrated leadership ability to implement programs and projects effectively.

Excellent interpersonal, coaching, verbal, and written communication skills.

Strong abstract thinking and creative problem‑solving skills.
