Whether you're an experienced APP or a new graduate looking to launch your career, we offer comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to help you succeed in the rewarding specialty of nephrology. Providers with nephrology or dialysis experience are encouraged to apply, but experience is not required.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a key role in the management of patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, dialysis needs, and other nephrology‑related conditions.

Round daily at dialysis facilities

Participate in hospital rounding and inpatient care

Collaborate closely with nephrologists and interdisciplinary care teams

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Full‑time position

Monday through Friday

Approximately two half‑days per week in the office

Daily rounding at dialysis facilities

Hospital rounding responsibilities

Local travel required between practice sites and care locations

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) degree from an accredited program

Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities

Interest in nephrology and long‑term patient care
