PAML a Labcorp company is seeking a Medical Lab Technologist to join our team in Yakima, WA. Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm overtime and additional days or hours may be required.
Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria
Demonstrate the ability to make technical decisions regarding testing and problem solving
Report accurate and timely test results in order to deliver quality patient care
Perform and document preventive maintenance and quality control procedures
Identify and replenish testing bench supplies as necessary
Maintain a safe work environment and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Medical Technology
~1 year or more of clinical laboratory testing experience OR an MLS degree

1 year or more working in a Clinical or Hospital Lab
~ Flexible to work overtime as needed
Exceptional customer service
Comfortable working under minimal supervision
Proficient with computers; Familiarity with laboratory information

27.77 to $37.00 hourly. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
