Job DetailsJob Location: Chattanooga Metro Airport - Chattanooga, TN 37421 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly Job Shift: Any Cashier – Full Time Pay Rate: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Days off: Thursday & Friday
Weekend support: Assist with Valet and Shuttle operations on Saturday and Sunday
Cashier position is responsible for ensuring that parking tickets are accurately calculated and that fees are correctly collected from the customers. This position is expected to communicate with customers in a friendly and inviting manner, answer any operational questions, give directions when asked and maintain a proper flow of traffic through the exit booth.
Key Responsibilities Accurately accounting for every ticket processed and every vehicle exiting through their lane
Accurately completing the daily cashier shift report
Maintaining courteous and professional customer service
Assisting customers with all questions and concerns
Maintaining a clean working environment
Qualifications and Requirements Effective communication skills
Prior cash handling experience
Previous customer service experience
Honest, trustworthy and self-motivated
Ability to pass a basic math test
Ability to pass a pre-employment screening, including a background check
Dependable transportation to and from work
Must be at least 18 years of age
