Registered Nurse - MICU - 12-Hour Nights

This position is for a 12-hour night shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

The MICU (Medical Intensive Care Unit) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care for critically ill patients. The unit features 26 beds and typically has 14 nurses per shift, with patient ratios of 1:1-2, and occasionally 3 when short-staffed. Candidates must exhibit flexibility and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Monitor vital signs and manage complex medical equipment.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Respond to code blue situations and rapid response team (RRT) calls.

Assist in patient education and family support during critical events.

Current RN licensure in the state of practice.

Previous experience in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) is required.
