Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate

Pay: $22.00 per hour (+1.50 shift differential)

Overtime Available: Including overtime on Saturdays.

We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate for a temporary opportunity in Ayer, MA. This role is ideal for experienced warehouse and logistics professionals who prioritize safety, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Safely operate a forklift to move, transport, load, and store finished products

Transport finished goods to designated warehouse locations

Load empty pallets and storage flats/shells onto trucks for return shipment

Receive, sort, and store incoming materials according to established procedures

Handle returned products and partial cases from route trucks

Maintain inventory organization and safe storage practices

Complete daily forklift inspection checklists and required documentation

Communicate effectively with warehouse and production supervisors

Assist with warehouse housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized work area

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Previous forklift, warehouse, material handling, or logistics experience preferred

Ability to work safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment

Ability to work overtime as needed
