Job Description:
MS RN responsible for developing and implementing patient-specific care plans by collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers. This includes discharge planning, emergency response when necessary, and administering prescribed therapies.
Responsibilities:

Develop individualized care plans based on patient interviews and health records.
Initiate emergency measures when needed, including resuscitation.
Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed.
Provide education to patients and families regarding health management.
Document interventions and coordinate care with other disciplines.
Evaluate patient progress and update care plans accordingly.
Oversee care provided by LPNs and unlicensed staff.
Maintain technical, ethical, and legal nursing standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Oklahoma or Compact RN License.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
Ability to work with pediatric patients.
Proficiency in communication and physical demands.
Navy Blue Scrubs attire required.
Completion of background check and drug screening.
