Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary-$103,000 annual salary with regular merit-based

Reports To: Director of Programs and Operations

The Fort Wayne Clinical Director is responsible for providing clinical leadership, oversight, and quality

assurance for all ABA services delivered within their assigned center. for both staff and the families we serve, helping to renew hope within our diverse communities through the

delivery of high-quality care. growth and development, and collaborate with operational leadership to ensure exceptional client outcomes

and effective service delivery.

Monitor clinical documentation, authorization requirements, and service quality

Support compliance with company standards, payer requirements, and ethical guidelinesParticipate in quality improvement initiatives

Use data and outcome measures to guide clinical decision-making

Clinic Collaboration

Partner with operations leadership to support clinic goals

Participate in site meetings, scheduling discussions, and leadership meetings

Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
