About the Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate, patient-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a quality-driven outpatient clinic focused on improving communication, cognition, and swallowing outcomes across the lifespan.
This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who value 1:1 patient care , evidence-based practice, and a collaborative team environment. CFY candidates and experienced SLPs are welcome , with mentorship available.
What You’ll Do

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide 1:1 patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
Treat a diverse caseload (adult and/or pediatric, depending on clinic)
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy strategies and carryover
Clinic Environment

Outpatient speech and rehab setting
Modern treatment rooms and therapy tools
Supportive leadership and administrative support
Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active (or pending) state SLP license
CCC-SLP preferred (CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
