Shift: 7am to 7:30 pm or 7pm to 7:30 am

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48

Weekend Hours: 75% weekends required

Call Requirements: no

Years of Experience: 3 years ICU experience

Float Requirements: Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU based on HCP experience. Floating to any IClient at the organization, patient ratios 1:3 in IClient.

Number of Beds: Varies based on unit

Patient Ratios: 1:2 (1:3 in ICU)

Equipment: EMR: EPIC

Hiring Profile:

Must Have Skills/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience

Preferred Skillset/Experience: 3 years of ICU experience

Type of Patients on Unit: You will float to SICU, MICU, Neuro ICU, & CICU. You will be expected to care for basic ICU patients in each department such as sedated, intubated & pressors but you will not be caring for high complexity patients such as CRRT.

Since this is a float pool position the candidate will need to be flexible with assignments and can potentially take multiple different assignments in the same shift if needed.
