Job Description Now Hiring: Staffing Coordinator at Acme Health
As a Staffing Coordinator , you will play a critical role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care by maintaining appropriate staffing levels across all shifts.
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating nursing staff to meet resident care needs in compliance with federal and state regulations. Develop and maintain daily and monthly nursing schedules.
Keeping track of holiday rotations
Secure coverage for open shifts and respond to staffing shortages, including stepping in when necessary.
Monitor staff attendance, call-offs, and timekeeping, and report to the Director of Nursing (DON).
Ensure compliance with all healthcare staffing policies and procedures.
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Prior experience as a Staffing Coordinator or in a scheduling role within a healthcare setting is required.
As a Staffing Coordinator , you are entrusted with the administrative authority and accountability necessary to carry out your duties effectively. You will be a key member of our leadership team, helping to ensure that our residents receive the compassionate care they deserve.
