Looking for Warehouse Loader jobs in Calera where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.
Warehouse Loader Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
Warehouse Loader Experience Requirements
Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
Warehouse Loader Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
