Medical/Surgical Unit – 45 beds, 28 telemetry beds (Med/Surg/Telemetry nurse)
Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), every other weekend and every other holiday required (night shift RN)
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 – $1,890 (competitive travel RN pay)

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience; telemetry experience preferred
Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:4–1:6 (medical-surgical staffing)
Completion of required onboarding health screenings and background checks
Up-to-date immunizations: Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care on a busy Med/Surg unit
Monitor and assess patients, including telemetry monitoring and interpretation (telemetry nurse responsibilities)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and utilize virtual nurse assistance when available
Document patient care accurately and promptly in the electronic health record
Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up
Maintain a safe, supportive environment for patients and staff and follow hospital policies
