The Receptionist PRN is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering phones, and performing general clerical work in support of Hospital patients and staff. Greets visitors positively and professionally and maintains visitor registration logs.
Answers telephone and correctly routes calls via phone or paging system.
Performs general clerical and data entry duties.
Ensures reception area is maintained and clean and provides a calm environment for visitors.
Assesses the risks for safety and implements appropriate precautions. High school diploma or equivalent required.
One year of receptionist experience in healthcare setting preferred.
Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
Physical Requirements Over the Course of a Shift:

Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
