Weekend NICU Nurse

Pediatric/NICU Registered Nurse (RN)
The Pediatric/NICU Registered Nurse (RN) position is available within our Pediatrics Department. This role requires a dedicated professional to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients, including those in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Shift Details

Options for shifts: 3x12s or 4x12s
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
Floating Required: Will work in both the Pediatrics department and NICU
Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant nursing experience required

Local candidates are not accepted for this position
Requests for time off must include a commitment to work at least 2 out of 3 major holidays
The Pediatric/NICU RN will be responsible for:

Providing comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients
Administering medications and treatments as per physician orders
Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the healthcare team
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
Educating families regarding care plans and health needs
Current and valid RN license
Experience in pediatric and/or NICU settings preferred
