Hotel Doorman/Bellman

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCarry luggage to guest rooms.Handling of baggage for tour groups.Be a welcome ambassador for all who enter the hotel lobby.Knowledgeable of all hotel amenities to communicate with hotel guests.Assist in maintaining the concierge’s desk in absence of bell captain or concierge.Always maintain Leading Hotels of the World and Forbes Travel Standards.Man doorman’s position in his absence.Check out and assist guest with luggage.Store luggage into the bell closet for late departure guests.Assist with any other requirements by guests of the hotel.Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
