Unidine is seeking a Clinical Dietitian at Morningstar Senior Living in Oswego, NY. The facility is a 120‑bed skilled nursing and sub‑acute center offering long‑term care, short‑term rehabilitation, and specialty services.

As a Clinical Dietitian, you will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting. You will work with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence‑based nutrition care.

Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.

Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to patients, families, staff, and the community.

Apply the latest research in alignment with diet manuals, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high‑quality, consistent care.

Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.

Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.

Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.

Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
