We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to our recipes and standards, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in every dish. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, excellent knife skills, and a strong attention to detail.
- *Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
- Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, smokers, ovens, and fryers.
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared to Porky Butts BBQ standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.

- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a catering or restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
