Hiring Recruiter For Construction Staffing
$50k - $65kSST Direct
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a recruiter with prior high-volume experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles within the construction / skilled trades industry .
Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements
Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
Qualifications 2+ years recruiting skilled trades / construction roles (we are not considering those with primarily light industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, IT, tech, etc. Bilingual a plus
