We are seeking a Resource Family Advocate KS to join our team.
We are seeking a Resource Family Advocate KS to join our team. Facilitate pre-service and in-service training for kinship and foster families. As a member of the KS Foster Care team, you will work with 6 other team members and report to our Manager of Child Placing Agency.
Provide support and assistance to the Placement Finding Team in identifying placements for children based upon current and accurate knowledge of assigned families.
Support additional Resource Development functions through community recruitment events, screening potential resource families, leading information meetings, etc.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in child welfare arena and the following:
Bachelor's degree in social work or other human services related field.
