This contract role offers an opportunity for experienced pipefitters to support a construction project in Fayetteville, NC. You will install and fit stainless steel high-purity process piping in an industrial environment while working a consistent weekly schedule on a short-term assignment.
Install and fit stainless steel high-purity process piping in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
Perform precise pipe fitting, cutting, measuring, and alignment to ensure accurate installation of process piping.
Assist with the installation of industrial and process piping systems, including stainless steel and carbon steel piping.
Use appropriate methods such as welding and brazing to join and secure piping components as required by the project.
Verify proper support, anchoring, and alignment of piping systems to maintain integrity and performance.
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality requirements for high-purity piping in a pharmaceutical environment.
Follow all site safety procedures and OSHA-10 guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet project timelines.
Proven experience with stainless steel pipe fitting in industrial or process piping environments.
Hands-on experience working with high-purity piping systems, preferably in pharmaceutical or similar clean process projects.
Experience with welding and brazing techniques used in process piping installation.
Familiarity with industrial and process piping installation practices and standards.
OSHA-10 certification or completion of OSHA-10 safety training.
Reliability to work a schedule of five 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. Previous experience on pharmaceutical construction or high-purity process projects.
Strong attention to detail to meet high-purity cleanliness and quality requirements.
Ability to work effectively as part of a field construction team in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based on a pharmaceutical construction project site in Fayetteville, NC, focused on industrial and high-purity process piping. You will work primarily with stainless steel and carbon steel piping, using tools and equipment suited for pipe fitting, welding, and brazing in a field construction environment. The schedule consists of five 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. for a minimum two-month contract period. The work environment emphasizes strict safety practices, including adherence to OSHA-10 guidelines and compliance with site access requirements. You can expect an active, hands-on setting where coordination with other trades and adherence to high cleanliness and quality standards are essential
