Event Services Server - Part Time

As a Server, you'll help create exceptional dining experiences throughout our community. Whether serving residents in our elegant dining room, welcoming guests to the Bistro, supporting special events, or delivering personalized service in Luminations (memory care), you'll bring The Sterling Touch to every interaction.
Deliver attentive, personalized service to residents and guests
Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and care
Support multiple dining venues and special events
Work alongside culinary and hospitality teams to ensure an exceptional experience
Build meaningful relationships with residents while enhancing their daily lives
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and service.
High School Diploma or GED, preferred
Previous serving or hospitality experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards
Ability to read, write, and understand English in order to communicate effectively with residents, guests, supervisors, and team members
Sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms in order to use all kitchen equipment and utensils (e.g. knives, spoons spatulas, tongs, slicers, etc.)
This role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds, and remaining active throughout the shift.

Full-time team members earn 120 hours of PTO in their first year, increasing to 160 hours in their second year, with additional increases based on length of service
Part-time team members earn PTO at a prorated rate based on hours worked
