Job Summary Immediate opening for a Collision Estimator at Service Center Arlington - Southwest. Responsibilities include writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, completing final customer paperwork prior to delivery, finalizing total loss administration, and providing post‑repair communication while complying with all Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.

Requirements 2+ years collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred

Must be 21 years of age or older

Valid driver’s license and eligible for coverage under company insurance policy

Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser License

Abilities / Skills / Knowledge Ability to perform consistent physical activity (reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, lift objects over 50 lbs)

Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software

Advanced understanding of repair processes and procedures

Strong sales orientation

Ability to understand written and verbal instructions

Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
