Licensed Practical Nurse -nursing Ambulatory Care

Role Summary Our client, a leading not-for-profit healthcare system, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled direct and indirect patient care across a variety of clinical settings. Key Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect patient care in accordance with the established plan of care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Monitor, assess, and accurately document patient observations, measurements, and clinical information
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and organizational policies
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Maintain compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory standards
Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care while promoting a safe clinical environment
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio
Minimum of one year of LPN experience
IV Certification required for bedside nursing positions
Practice Settings Multiple openings are available across a variety of care environments, including:
Hospital inpatient units
Outpatient surgery center
Physician practices
Behavioral health and crisis stabilization services
Other ambulatory and specialty care locations
Compensation Hourly pay ranging from $23.00 to $33.50 , based on experience and assigned position
