About the Position

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and assess patients via continuous telemetry in a long-term acute care setting
Administer intravenous medications and manage IV access in accordance with facility protocols
Recognize and respond to changes in patient cardiac rhythms and overall clinical status
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
Current ACLS certification
Demonstrated telemetry experience and proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
Proficient IV insertion and management skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a long-term acute care or step-down unit environment
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in a fast-paced setting
