SR Staffing
We’re currently partnering with a well-established law firm to identify a skilled Contract Probate Paralegal to join their team. Prepare and file probate petitions, inventories, accountings, and related court documents
Draft legal correspondence and assist with wills, trusts, and affidavits
Serve as a point of contact for clients, beneficiaries, executors, and third parties
Assist with asset collection, identification, and valuation
Communicate with probate courts, financial institutions, and agencies
Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
Exposure to estate tax filings or fiduciary accountings
Knowledge of Connecticut-specific probate laws and processes
