Nurse Practitioner Opportunity at CareArc
CareArc is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are committed to providing high-quality, accessible healthcare to all members of our community.
The Nurse Practitioner will provide advanced primary care services for patients across the lifespan, addressing, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions. This role works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, behavioral health professionals, pharmacists, dentists, and support staff to improve health outcomes and ensure comprehensive patient care.

No nights, weekends, or major call responsibilities

Prescribe medications and therapies in compliance with Kansas licensure requirements.
Schedule and oversee follow-up care to monitor treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to manage complex and co-morbid conditions.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Stay current on healthcare regulations and payer requirements, and participate in evidence-based practices.
Participate in daily team huddles and organizational quality improvement activities.
Support community health initiatives and CareArc's mission of improving access to care.
Designs individualized care plans using a variety of treatments.
Serves on committees to promote or maintain community health services or delivery systems.
Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Kansas

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current national certification as a Nurse Practitioner
