We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a healthcare team serving our nation's Veterans in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide hands-on patient care in a collaborative outpatient setting, with a predictable daytime schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who have served.

Competitive pay: $30–$32 per hour, depending on experience

Provide direct patient care, including intake assessments, vital signs, and health screenings

Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments within the scope of licensure

Perform wound care, diagnostic testing, and assist with minor procedures

Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record

Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, and preventive health

Triage patient concerns and coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment while following infection control standards

Support daily clinical operations and contribute to high-quality patient care

Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Minimum of one year of LPN experience, preferably in an outpatient or clinical setting

Experience with electronic health records preferred
