We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. Whether you're an experienced BCBA or looking for the right organization to continue building your career, you'll have the opportunity to lead clinical care, develop RBTs, partner with families, and make a meaningful impact.

Competitive Base Salary: $85,000-$105,000/yr Productivity Expectation: 25 billable hours per week Additional Earning Opportunity: Earn additional compensation for eligible billable hours above your productivity target Schedule: Full-time | In-Person/Hybrid Caseload: Your base salary is not dependent on exceeding your productivity target. Our incentive structure gives BCBAs the opportunity to increase their earnings when additional clinical capacity is available.

As a BCBA, you'll own the clinical direction and quality of care for your clients while working closely with families, RBTs, and your broader clinical team.

Provide ongoing clinical supervision and protocol modification

Partner with parents and caregivers through training and ongoing communication

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data

Support a culture focused on clinical quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Current BCBA certification in good standing

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Experience providing ABA services to children with autism

Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
