Fox TV Stations FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full‑power broadcast television stations in the U.Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.

As Overnight Executive Producer for LiveNOW from FOX, you'll guide a team of digital journalists and host/producers who thrive in the immediacy of live coverage – 24/7! You'll drive editorial decisions for LiveNOW's new overnight team, ensuring accuracy, speed, and creativity at all hours. With news at the forefront, you'll work with your team to find new ways to engage with viewers watching overnight from around the world, while collaborating closely with the VP of LiveNOW, fellow executive producers, and partners across FOX and beyond.

LiveNOW is a fast‑moving, 24/7 live‑streaming platform that brings audiences breaking news and live events as they happen – always raw, always live, always unfiltered.

Lead and inspire the overnight Orlando‑based team, managing coverage and live event execution while focusing heavily on audience engagement.

Make fast, sound editorial decisions in breaking‑news environments, balancing urgency with accuracy.

Motivate, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Digital Journalists and Host/Producers.

Collaborate across FOX and external news content partners, contributors, and creators to expand live coverage opportunities.

Analyze real‑time performance metrics to refine storytelling, optimize engagement, and enhance editorial strategy.

5+ years in a digital or broadcast news leadership role; 3+ years directly managing editorial teams of 10+ employees in a fast‑paced news environment.

Proven ability to lead teams through high‑stakes breaking news and live coverage.

Deep understanding of digital production, live video workflows, and newsroom technologies.

Proficiency in social media, SEO, analytics, and digital publishing platforms.

Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays as news demands.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $125,000.00–130,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for union‑represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
