Join our healthcare team as a Registered Nurse Manager, leading a dynamic nursing team in a school-based health center in Paltz, NY. This full-time position requires hands-on leadership, ensuring patient-centered outcomes through effective management of processes, technology, and staff. The role is onsite, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 04:00pm, and rotating Saturdays.

Licensed Registered Nurse in New York State Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing 2 years of nursing experience Experience in ambulatory, medical surgical, or ER setting preferred Ability to perform venipuncture and administer medications Bilingual, Spanish preferred Basic computer skills

3 years of experience in a clinical setting Demonstrated ability in telephone triage and diagnosis procedures Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Current BCLS certification Infection Control Certificate Child Abuse Certificate Critical thinking for problem solving
