How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide direct, patient-centered care to critically ill patients, closely monitoring vital signs, managing complex interventions, and responding promptly to changes in condition.

Implement and monitor individualized care plans, accurately documenting patient status and communicating updates to the interdisciplinary team.

Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure seamless treatment, patient safety, and effective discharge planning.

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
