Groundskeeper Porter Maintenance

Maintains grounds of property and light maintenance tasks as assigned.

Spreads salt/ ice melt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup during inclement weather, clears leaves and debris from catch basins and drains during heavy rains.

Responsible for daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash, cobwebs, cigarette butts, stains, spills and all foreign material.

Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company, in cooperation with Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.

Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.

Responsible for thorough knowledge of management company policies and property community policies.

Responsible for seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.

Any other tasks as assigned by Quantum Residential.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

or up to one-month related experience and/or training

Proficient in MS Office, particularly email (both the desktop version and web based), word, and excel; LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to read and interpret documents such as emails, utility billings, financial documents, instructional documents, rental agreements, and procedure manuals.

Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
