ID: 77415794 Shift: 19:00-07:00 Description: RN - Tele (636) - Wesley Medical Center - 7P - 7A Unit Information: Medical Unit / (636) Location: Wesley Medical Center N Hillside St, Wichita, KS 67214 Floor: Building: Main Entrance General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -37 Number of Staff 12 Type of staff: Day Shift 8 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs, 1 Unit Clerk Night Shift - 8 RNs, 3 Patient Care Techs Patient Ratios 1:6; 1:4 for Heart Cath patients -Estimated ratios, not guaranteed Type of equipment PCA Pumps; Chest Tubes EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Tele RN experience BLS & ACLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Prior Meditech experienceNIH List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Central lines and medication drips Heart Cath recovery and bubble studies Best personality Fit: Positive attitude and engagedIndependent and strong critical thinking skills Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
