A fast?growing marketing agency is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead client marketing initiatives, oversee a creative team, and drive high?performing lead?generation strategies.
About the Role
The Marketing Manager will oversee a team working on client campaigns, develop strategic marketing ideas, and serve as a primary point of contact for clients. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and hands?on experience with lead?generative marketing.
Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team executing marketing projects for multiple clients
Develop and implement lead?generation strategies across digital channels
Brainstorm and pitch marketing concepts tailored to client goals
Manage client communication, updates, and campaign performance discussions
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality of work
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution
Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations
Support the development of new marketing programs and service offerings
Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction
Qualifications
Proven experience in lead?generative marketing (required)
Prior experience managing or leading a marketing team
Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign strategy, and analytics
Excellent communication and client?facing skills
Ability to brainstorm, present, and execute creative marketing ideas
Highly organized, deadline?driven, and able to manage multiple projects
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $80,000.00 - $130,000.00
