As a Host, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service. The position requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to handle guest interactions efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Essential Job Functions:
Greet guests warmly and manage reservations and waitlist
Coordinate seating and manage guest flow
Answer phones and provide accurate wait times
Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and lobby
Assist with guest questions, seating needs, and accommodations
May perform other duties as assigned

Able to communicate clearly and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to remain in a stationary position and/or move about the workspace for extended periods.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
