Job Description

Create Tailored Care Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and design customized therapeutic strategies to support their progress and functional goals.

Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Use best practices to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living activities.

Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

Guide Patients and Their Families: Provide education to patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques to promote continued improvements beyond therapy sessions.

Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment approaches to ensure alignment with their evolving needs.

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Encouragement and support for ongoing education or specialty certifications.

Certifications

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
