Optimize departmental workflows by proactively managing resource allocation and supply levels.
Conduct regular process audits to ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures and quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify bottlenecks and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing compliance with all safety protocols and equipment handling guidelines.
Utilize warehouse management systems and tools to track performance metrics and report on operational health.
Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team coordination.
Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Preferred Skills Experience with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and automated systems.
Demonstrated success in managing workflows under tight deadlines and pressure.
Proficiency in data collection and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
