Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to run daily commercial operations in our lean organization. Reporting directly to the business owner—who focuses on strategy—you will drive the quote-to-cash lifecycle, manage inventory and purchasing, and provide exceptional service to key industrial customers.
What You Will Do

Serve as the primary service contact for key industrial customers and resolve daily commercial issues.
Manage the full quote-to-cash process in Sage 50, including quotes, sales orders, shipments, backorders, and invoicing.
Oversee Accounts Receivable by posting cash receipts and conducting timely collections follow-ups to protect cash flow.
Handle purchasing by issuing POs, updating vendor pricing/item records, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Coordinate daily warehouse operations and logistics to ensure accurate, on-time customer shipments.
What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of operational experience in industrial distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing support.
• Direct hands-on experience using Sage 50 Quantum for order management, inventory, and billing.
• Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of pricing, gross margins, and cash flow dynamics.
• Proven track record in customer service, order fulfillment, and vendor procurement.
• Exceptional organizational skills built for a fast-paced, small, and lean business environment.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 Per Year
