As a BCBA, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services while supporting children, families, and behavior technicians through compassionate clinical leadership.

Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

Analyze treatment data and modify programming based on client progress

Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Provide caregiver training to promote treatment success across environments

Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and company policies

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential (or ability to obtain)

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs

Passion for improving the lives of children and families through evidence-based ABA services

Ability to travel locally between client locations and/or clinic sites as needed
